Hi all,
My book is now available to everyone:

I hope you all enjoy it and please let me know what you think of it. Feel free to leave reviews/feedback/critiques, whether you think it’s great, awful, or in between.

Please bear in mind that any issues you have with shipping/ordering are to be directed at CreateSpace and not me!

Also, a few things:
-My personal email address is in the book…in order to prevent unwanted messages and to prevent my wife from pulling her hair out at our flooded inbox,

YOU MAY ONLY CONTACT ME if you:

a) find huge, glaring errors in the book, or
b) have a recording(s) to donate to the project (or know someone who does)

DO NOT CONTACT ME:

a) asking for a trade. I do not trade anymore unless it is for something rare or unique (such as a recording not in the book)
b) just to say “hi”
c) for any other reason than the two listed above

I am currently hard at work researching and trying to dig up new recordings for the next edition (updated with new material, HOPEFULLY, in a few years)…so if you can help out with this, PLEASE CONTACT ME. Otherwise, use other channels.
