i actually really like crazy beat (probably the only person) but the modern life is rubbish singles are underated and should have been there and seeing as they were doing b-sides, these should have been in the underated section

ultranol
young and lovely
blue jeans
oily water
resigned
threadneedle street
i know (majorly underated i think it is better than she's so high)

No, you're not! I will probably never understand why it didn't "clicked" with the people and even radio stations didn't play it. I mean, it's nearly a perfect song as a single (tight production and insane catchiness makes that) and definitely not overrated.

I lot of people hate it, I think it's because of the Donald Duck voice.
I personally love that song, it's energetic as hell, and it makes you wanna jump and shout like crazy every time you listen to it, so... great Very Happy

Yeah, the Donald Duck voice is the only reason I dislike it. It's a shame, because the rest of the song is brilliant!

It's alright. Laughing

I'm Caitlin from the forum. I rather like this one though - it's a lot quieter.

o cool, tbh i prefer this forum

for many reasons (you ready to hear me complain)

in the other one they've tried to be fancy with the forum sections like with "on the way to the club"/"think tank" their is no need. this forum has got the lay-out down perfectly no topic can go in two sub-sections of the forum.

and yes it is quiter we dont get alot of people here but the people here make good posts and their is less time wasting.

spam bots are irregular due to the fact it is small

im finished for the moment Smile

but welcome ... once again

I agree with you jmbrilley - Oily Water (although it is often mentioned by fans as a fav) and in particular Young and Lovely. That article from the magazine sad Badhead was perfect pop - haven't they heard Young and Lovely? I guess not, since it wasn't on that Jap collectors' CD with Mace... I'd mention Into Another, but it's in a lot of favourite lists, too, is it not? (And I haven't checked any 'fav song' discussion, as I just joined.

I must admit Crazy Beat is not my cup of tea, though I reckon it's innovative.

Veikko - good to see you and your site are still around! I remember the name from years back. I guess the comeback (not that I get much of it in Australia) got me nostalgic.
