Sounds pretty good so far... My fave clips are Rhinestone Eyes, On Melancholy Hill and To Binge.
Is it just me, but lots of the stuff on this album remind of The Great Escape? I mean Damon's vocal style, layered background vocals and bizarre keyboard riffs...and the overall melancholism. I also hear some influences from opera which was also evident on Ernold Same, Theme From The Imaginary Film and a few other songs from the 90s (well that's not a surprise since Plastic Beach started as a stage project Carousel).
